About❔
Hey there, my name is Dino Bansigan. Welcome to my software development blog.
I have a number of reasons for maintaining a software development blog. The following two reasons though are the most relevant to me right now:
- First, I created this blog to share what I've learned while working as a software developer.
- Second, I use this blog to reinforce what I've learned by trying to teach it to someone else.
So, on this blog I share my thoughts, ideas and notes on software development based on my experience as a software developer. My aim is to keep my blog posts short and simple. They should not take more than 10 minutes to read and the reader should be able to learn something from it.
About Me
I am a Senior Software Developer specializing in the .NET stack. I enjoy working with .NET, C# and SQL Server. I love writing code that talks to the database and vice versa. I also have experience working with ReactJS on the frontend, ASP.NET Core Web API on the backend, and deploying to Azure.
In my spare time, I like to build personal apps using AI-assisted development with Claude Code and learn other tech stacks along the way.
Stuff I've Made
- TKD Footwork Training App – A web app I built to help my kids train their footwork in Taekwondo.
- WriteAs.NET – An unofficial .NET Core client for the Write.as API written in C#.
Thank you for visiting and I hope you have a wonderful day!
